::OOC::

The bamboo leaves rustle,
shaking away in the eaves.
The stars twinkle;
Gold and silver grains of sand.
It's the seventh day of the seventh month… Tanabata!
In various locations throughout the school and outside, bamboo branches have been set up! If your character cares to investigate, they will find that there are pens and colorful sheets of paper nearby with string attached to them. There is a short explanation posted nearby to explain, and encouragement to share their own wishes.
Wishes can be simple, serious, just for fun, whatever! "I wish I had a pony." "I wish I had a girlfriend." "I hope Billy makes it out of the hospital okay." Characters are not required to sign their names, but there is a chance that someone could see them hanging something up...
You can leave their wishes on this post! Feel free to make action threads if you so desire! Just make sure to mark it as such if you're into that kind of thing.
Dream on, SBG.

▹ "I'm desperate and looking for a girlfriend. [There is a number.] Hit me up."
▹ "I wish I could cut Pit's wings off. They're always in my way in class. He's such a jerk!"
▹ "I wish Ashley would fuck off." That was perhaps one of her own desires.
▹ "I wish Hawke would stop staring at Nephenee's ass. It's gross."
Maybe that would do. Maybe.

They're always in my way
always in my way
He's such a jerk
His feelings pulled a flipflop of being hurt and resenting the person who would say such a thing. The nerve! ...But no matter what, it still stood that Pit felt pretty horrible after reading that wish. Did Anonymous really feel so strongly about his wings that they would remember to write it on the tree? They weren't THAT annoying, were they? They were just body parts... Chopping them off would be painful!
It's not like they served him any purpose, though.
Maybe he should write another counter-wish so that whatever power was granting these wishes wouldn't... oh, I dunno. GRANT THIS ONE?
