Ahh… The Star Festival is today. I realize I might be in the minority of celebrating it, but I hope no one minds that it was set up for anyway. It would be nice for a whole festival to be held, but I am not surprised to see that FDC does not have one of its own. Yet.

But considering all that has happened… I thought it would be a nice way to cleanse people's thoughts. I would encourage people to take part, if they so desire.

Could anyone tell me if there is a river nearby? I'm afraid I haven't explored enough to find out on my own.

No, this one doesn't have anything to do with comets. It's based on an old folktale about lovers that were separated, but there's one day each year that they can be together again. The tale lives on in the stars.

Yours sounds quite interesting though! What does it mean? Double rainbow.

It means Mario's a no good twit who ruins Daddy's amazing plans every year. Well... Wishes made on shooting stars have a chance of coming true if the Star Spirits like you enough, right? So wishing on a rare comet's got to be enough to make all your wishes come true.
